Danish Sun Energy is awarded a 96 MWp EPC contract in collaboration with SUNOTEC for a PV solar power plant for
Greenvolt Power Denmark at Høgholm Gods.

Danish Sun Energy (DSE) is proud to announce that we, in close
collaboration with SUNOTEC, have won the competitive tender for a solar
energy project at Høgholm Gods in Djursland. Back in the spring of 2024, we
were contacted by Greenvolt Power Denmark (Greenvolt) regarding the tender
for a 96 MWp PV project at Høgholm Gods.

In December 2024, negotiations were concluded by DSE, allowing
SUNOTEC and Greenvolt to sign a Letter of Intent, marking the start of an
exclusive negotiation round. This round concluded with the signing of a turnkey
EPC contract on January 22, 2025.

The project includes the installation of a 96 MWp fixed tilt solar system,
which is scheduled for commercial operation by the end of December 2025.
The Høgholm Gods project represents an important milestone in our efforts to
promote renewable energy sources and contribute to a greener future. DSE
and SUNOTEC look forward to a fruitful collaboration with Greenvolt and are
excited to deliver innovative solutions that will help drive the green transition in
Denmark.
